Selection and Instructions for Sensor Protection Tube	P20
Usage Sensor protection tubes of various length. Connector Screw type: -Easy to screw on and off as needed. -Applicable for high temperature uses Adhesion type -Outer diameter of connector is small -Vibration resistance -Cost saver How to select 1.Pick either screw or adhesive type. 2.Select head connector according to configuration of sensor unit. (screw size x pitch, cylindrical outer diameter) and outer diameter of optical fiber and cable. 3.Refer the instruction example and pick the terminal fitting. 4.Pick Tube(Select diameter larger than fiber diameter.) Note Please consult us with model and type of sensor you want to use if you would like assistance with the selection. We will be pleased to assist you. Also contact us if you cannot find the correct connector for your sensor head configuration or non-free cut type.

How to order	P20
1.Assembling at our factory
The tube will be cut into specified length, de-burred and assembled. Minimum lot : 1 pc. (L=500mm and 1000mm are standard lengths. Custom lengths can be provided.) Note Transmission type: -KAWB-4 will be attached to the configuration shown on the page fig.19 -Other Transmission types come to identical products in a set per order. Adhesion type -Heat resistance between -40 ~ +100　on finished product.
2.Assembling by customers
Please separately order tube and connector. Minimum order lot for tube: 10m Minimum order lot for connector : 1pc Note How to put the connector on a waterproof type tube, KSP: 1.Using a knife and cut PVC 5mm (A) from the edge of the tube. 2.Slit, starting at (A)to(B). 3.Peel off the PVC from the tube terminal. 4.Screw the connector on to tube. Apply small amounts of adhesive between tube and screw connector to enhance strength for vibration and waterproof.
